Order your Online Associate Travel Agent Training Manual by purchasing online. The OnLine Product Order will get you started the quickest. Please refer to your enroller or the person who introduced you to GT Trends to find out which website to Join. Your payment information from your product purchase will be automatically transferred to the payment information for your monthly Business Maintenance charges.

If you would like your Monthly Business Maintenance (mbm) to be deducted from a credit card other than the one used for your product order, or for credit card information updates, submit an Online Business Maintenance Form. Please submit your online form from your own website. Be sure to fill out as much contact information as possible on your application, especially your email address, because you won’t want to miss any important communications from GT Trends through our emailed Newsletters.

2. Study the Online ATA Training Manual and take your ATA exam!

The Associate Travel Agent Online Manual is made up of many chapters that may be studied one at a time or all at once. Many people will choose to print the Online ATA Training Manual and use it as a study guide. The manual will give you an overview of the Travel Industry and has all of the information you will need to pass the exam. Your Online Associate Travel Agent Training Manual and ATA Exam are located in your private Online ATA Member Office under GT Trends Product. The ATA Exam is a multiple choice 20-question exam based on the material in the online ATA Training Manual. This is an auto grading exam and will automatically present a link to your Credentials Application when you pass your exam.

Before taking your exam, be sure to have your digital photograph (preferably passport photo) ready to email to the credentials department. Please send your digital photo, along with your full name and ATA ID number, to credentials@gttrends.com . Most Kinko's, MBEs and Photo Developers will be able to scan your photo for you if you do not have a scanner, please request a 300 dpi image if possible. They will probably be happy to put it on a floppy for you so you can use it over and over.

3. Customize your Replicate Web Sites!

Customizing both of your new Replicate Websites-your personal business opportunity web page and Travel Centre is easy. Go to the ATA Login on www.gttrends.net , type in your ATA ID number and password to enter into your private ATA member back office. Click on the menu option "Replicated Site" to customize your sites.

Your Replicate Web Site address is: www.Yourgttrendsnumber.gttrends.net, for example, www.11111.gttrends.net.

4. Fill out your Payment Information to Receive Bonuses!

We pay your bonuses from the sale of our Manuals (see Compensation) by check. ATAs residing in other countries will be issued checks converted to their country’s currency. Make sure your name, address and Tax ID is complete and correct in the Personal Information section.

5. Choose your default order placement and GT Trends email address!

All orders submitted on your personal business opportunity website can be placed where you choose! To select the automatic placement of orders from your website, log into your ATA back office and click on the menu option “Edit Personal Info”. Choose from the drop down menu options for “preferred placement”. To choose your individual GT Trends email address, go to the section titled “prttravel.net E-mail” and type in your chosen email address in the top box. In the bottom box type in your primary personal email address. Any email sent to yourname@gttrends.net email address will forward to your primary personal email address. This protects your private email address and gives you a GT Trends email presence. Only your yourname@gttrends.net email address will show in your genealogy and on your website.

6. Order Your GT Trends Business Cards!

To obtain Associate Travel Agent benefits you may need to show your business card along with your GT Trends ATA Photo ID Card. Your Business Card will also be used to introduce potential customers and associates to the GT Trends business opportunity website and online Travel Centre booking engines website. Business card order forms are only available in the United States. For all our Associate Travel Agents in other countries, you’ll find downloadable business card graphics in your Members Only Back Office ATA Login. Click on the menu option labeled "Library" to download business card graphics to take to your local printer.Click Here to Print the Business Card Order Form.

7. Study the Online Travel Search Engine!

(Remember Login is required prior to any bookings to be eligible for commissions) Become familiar with the way to use the travel booking engines and how to set up your Travel Profiles at various suppliers. You want to be able to walk someone through this part of the site so they can see the incredible choices and discounts available. If you go directly to the Travel Centre located at www.gttrends.com, Use your ATA number when you log in so that the profiles you create are connected to you for travel commission tracking. If you go to the Travel Centre from your business opportunity Web Centre then it automatically links to your own tracking Travel Centre website, bypassing Login.

8. Study the Customer Acquisition Bonus Program! Promote, Review and Learn!

Get familiar with how you will receive Compensation, Click Here from GT Trends. Check with your introducer/enroller if you have any questions. Use the tools that you choose to create excitement and interest in your prospects. Walk people through the website, hand out your business cards, get people on conference calls and most importantly tie into your active associates and their system. Make it a habit to check out the website as changes and enhancements are taking place every day. Learn as much as you can about the travel industry. Become a student of your new business. The best way to learn is to teach someone else. Take a cruise, go on a FAM trip or try a Group Tour. For the first time in the industry when we say, “use the product,” it means go have FUN!
